đź“š Lesson Plan #30

Eleven-Year-Old CEO!

Happy Tuesday, awesome educators!

As we gear up for Earth Day next week, let's take a moment to focus on the beautiful blue part of this big blue ball we call home - water! 💦 It covers 70% of our planet, and it is easy to think there will always be lots of it. But freshwater, the stuff we drink and wash in, is incredibly rare. Only 3% of the world’s water is freshwater, and two-thirds of that is frozen in glaciers or otherwise unavailable to us. In fact, experts estimate that by 2025 (that’s just next year!), two-thirds of the world may face water shortages. It's a concerning thought, but thankfully, there are some amazing individuals out there who are working hard to make a difference and ensure a brighter future for all of us.
